Welcome to the Hospitality Ministry
At RBC, our Hospitality Ministry is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all who enter our doors. We believe that hospitality is a vital expression of God's love and an essential part of our church community.
Our Mission: Our mission is to extend the love and grace of Jesus Christ to everyone, ensuring that each person feels valued, accepted, and connected. We aim to foster a sense of belonging and community through genuine hospitality.
What We Do:
Warm Greetings: Our team of friendly greeters is the first point of contact for visitors and members. They ensure everyone feels welcomed and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Welcoming Newcomers: We provide special attention to newcomers, offering information about our church, guiding them to services and activities, and answering any questions they might have.
Hosting Events: The Hospitality Ministry organizes and supports various church events, including social gatherings, potlucks, and special celebrations, to promote fellowship and build relationships within our church family.
Visitor Follow-Up: We reach out to visitors after their first visit, expressing gratitude for their presence and inviting them to return. We also provide information about church membership and involvement opportunities.
Caring for Members:
Our ministry extends care and support to church members in times of need, such as providing meals during illness or crisis and offering a listening ear and encouragement.
Get Involved: We welcome everyone to join our Hospitality Ministry. Whether you have a gift for greeting, organizing events, or simply making others feel at home, there is a place for you in our team. By serving together, we can make a meaningful impact and reflect Christ's love to all who come to RBC.
